My family loves this milk. It tastes so creamy and fresh. My 2-year old son has been drinking it since he turned 1. Thankfully he loves to drink a lot of this milk, because he is so picky to eat real food. We have not had any digestive problems with this milk. If we run out of this milk, it's so hard for us to buy ultra-pasteurized milk knowing it's lost all the "good stuff". |

The milk is fantastic the only problem is it only seems to stay fresh for 6 days or so. |

This milk is incredibly rich and delicious! My husband and daughter both have really difficult time digesting regular pasteurized milk (hubby is lactose intolerant too), but they both can digest this milk perfectly well since it has all its enzymes intact. My daughter was raised on this milk and miller's goat milk since she was 7 months old and she is a super healthy child :-) Could not live without this cow and goat milk!
I purchase milk in glass bottles which seems to extend the life of the milk. The milk stays fresh for a full 2 weeks. Keep it in the back of your refrigerator so it's not exposed to as much temperature change from opening and closing fridge door.
Once the milk sours after 2 weeks, you can leave it at room temperature and use it to make yogurt, fresh cheese, cottage cheese, or sour cream. Delicious! |
