Right
to Choose Healthy Foods Rawesome Club Membership AgreementForm
The Right to Choose Healthy Food Club is
a non-profit organization.
I am not planning to entrap, investigate, prosecute, hurt, or otherwise gather information for any agency, corporation, or other entity to negatively affect the club members or the farmers in any way.
I attest that as a citizen/member of this club, I insist and demand that my food: 1) is untouched and unexposed to any industrially produced cleanser, antiseptic or detergent, including bleaches, anti-bacterials and anti-fungals; 2) is untouched by any gases from 1 above, including but not limited to chloroform; 3) is not treated to remove natural microbes normally found in food, including but not limited to salmonella, E.coli, campylobacter, listeria, gangrene, and parasites; 4) eggs are un-refrigerated and unwashed from the chicken; 5) including but not limited to meats, milk, fresh vegetables, eggs and fruit juices are not subjected to temperatures above 99 degrees Fahrenheit nor exposed to radiation.
I fully understand that this different paradigm of food standards opposes all governmental standards for food preparation, storage and safety. As a member of this Club, I refuse governmental food standards. I trust the farmer and members of this Club to properly oversee and manage the preparation, handling and packaging of the food, including but not limited to raw meat, raw eggs, raw produce, raw juices, raw dairy, cold-pressed oils, unheated honey and prepared raw foods, exactly as they see proper and fit.
I have joined this membership because governmental food regulations cause chemical contamination that has been found to damage health, immediately and/or cumulatively. I reject governmental sanitation standards for food storage and display. I accept the primitive building structures that exist on the property for this club. They do not cause any impairment to food safety or quality and help keep costs lower for obtaining my preferred food.
“Healthy food” should be a slogan and fulfillment by every agricultural and health department. Since it is not, I declare herein that under Common Law, I am, as part of this membership Club, independent of any governmental food regulations and health and food regulative bodies. Therefore, I am out of the jurisdiction of any governmental health department and its regulations. Any attempt by any governmental body to regulate food preparation for this club does so illegally and is interfering and denying me the ability to obtain the food I require to maintain or improve my health and depriving me of my common-law rights. Accordingly, I refuse to testify against any and all members of this Club in any governmental proceeding. However, I will testify against governmental officers or employees who interfere in any manner with this Club, its members and membership.
By my signature below, I join this membership and testify that I have thoroughly read and agree to all of the above. Payment of Twenty-Five dollars ($25) is due upon joining and annually in January. This agreement bestows to me an undivided interest in herds and flock(s) and all products and services acquired for distribution on behalf of the Club. Renewal of the membership fees will be due every January no matter when my membership begins during any given year.
