Most breads and all nuts from Millers Farm are soaked and sprouted. This is very important because by soaking, sprouting, or fermenting them, it naturally leavens and neutralizes PHYTIC ACID (which blocks mineral absorption) and begins breakdown of GLUTEN. Gluten is found in all foods made with white or wheat flour.
Gluten is hard to digest, and has become a very common food sensitivity in a large percent of the population. Symptoms to gluten sensitivity can range from fatigue, headache, depression, anxiety, stomach ache, gas, diarrhea, vomiting, heartburn, joint and/or muscle aches (arthritis, fibromyalgia), irritability, and inflammation.
