3 pound average weight. Each quantity added to cart equals 1 roast with average weight of 3 pounds. This economical cut contains a bone. It makes wonderful stew meat. Toss it into the slow cooker before work with some onions and seasonings and come home to a wonderful tender and flavorful dinner!
Decent
Not bad, not great. The taste is average. The meat has a strange smell that I can't describe, almost like a mix of BBQ sauce with flouridated water. Are these cows drinking tap water or some other unhealthy water source? It comes through in the smell and taste. Also seems like there may be some strange jelly-like substance injected into it, also permeating the smell and taste. The bone marrow from these left me feeling a bit nauseous. Pros include a decent amount of fat on this cut, which will leave you satisfied without consuming a whole lot. The price is also very good, and this cut will last a long time/feed multiple people.

Best roast I ever ate!!
I like eating various roasts in the pressure cooker after slightly growing them first, but this is the best roast I ever tasted in my opinion.
