Best Kefir grains ever, Hands down!
My experience with the mild Kefir grains, purchased from Miller's Organic Farm has been phenomenal. The grains arrived with my standard milk order, large firm clusters of beautiful colonies, packed in a little clear wrap and were nice and cool up against the milk they traveled with. I put them to work right away and within two days I have a veritable Kefir Factory in my kitchen. The grains doubled in size and number within a week. I now have a fresh quart of Kefir every day for the 5 minutes of my time it takes to strain, label and set up the next batch. Bless all the hands that bring my family and me this healing, nutritious and delicious product. (Of course the grains love the best nutrition and fat found in Amos's milk, so a big shout out to his happy cows :-)

Kefir Grains
The kefir was tasty, but the grains disintegrated into the milk. A second attempt yielded the same result. I could not separate/strain the grains from the kefir, which means you must purchase grains for every batch of kefir.
