Mixed Bag

Nice, strong flavor if still relatively fresh. Unfortunately, this sour flavor doesn't last too long and it becomes too yeasty pretty quickly, especially in the larger container (gets too diluted). Probably is helping my digestion, but otherwise doesn't make me feel any better or healthier. In fact, I feel like it dehydrates me and causes muscle pains. I will try again to see if it was just a bad batch or something like that.

perfect probiotic

This kefir is just like my grandparents use to make, its so delicious and the most natural way to get your probiotic plus other vitamins and omega fats, just perfect.
