The Best Fermented Cabbage Juice

I'm healing an autoimmune condition and cannot yet fully tolerate the fiber in sauerkraut itself. I've tried numerous store-bought, organic fermented juices and none sit well with me. Most of them are not fermented long enough and so they are not as gentle on your system. This juice is by far, no questions asked, the best. The time and work that has gone into making it is evident the first time you try it. It's richly flavored and delicious. My little girl drinks a small glass of it with me everyday and always asks for more!

It's sauerkraut minus the sauerkraut

Although one picture for this product shows a purple/black liquid in a jar and one shows a red-orange something a cup, neither of those is accurate. The juice is a translucent yellow-ish and is the juice left over from the sauerkraut. It's delicious and is a very easy way to get fermented veggie bacteria goodness into the little ones diet. Mix it in with something else and they'll never know. Also works as a lime substitute (say on avocado, chicken or fish).
