Good Flavor, Dry Jar
The past two times I've received this there hasn't been any juice in the jar. The flavor and texture are excellent and I find it to be the best sauerkraut I've ever had. On flavor alone I would give it 5-stars but the juice is a huge part of the nutritional benefit so I have to give 3.

Sauerkraut
I ordered 3 of the quart jars. I was told this gets better with age, and they are right! I eat it every day, as recommended, as a small condiment to my main meal. My whole family loves it and I have to stop them from eating a huge bowl of it each time!

Love this stuff
Mild, with a soft crunch, and a slight tang to it. Not salty at all. No need to rinse it three times like the typical tough, over salty sauerkraut in a jar. I love this stuff. Goes great with pork in any form. My favorite so far was with country style pork ribs, browned, and then braised with the sauerkraut spread on top with a little water.
