Goat kefir is ideal for someone who is sensitive to cow dairy, and is trying to recolonize the good bacteria in the gastrointestinal system. The live cultures in combination with the fermented dairy are very therapeutic. This comes in GLASS.

Useful
Good for digestion and to relax and/or go directly to sleep. Taste is average. Do not use for "energy", however.
