I decided to try brains for the first time because many people have told me how good they are. Plus, I wanted to buy a high quality product. I decided the best method was to bread them with garlic and panko crumbs and fry them. I personally liked them. The texture was a bit creamy with a crunchy outside. My husband liked the flavor but was thrown off by the texture. All in all, I'm glad I finally got a chance to try this dish.
